What does it mean to navigate the workplace when everyday communication norms are not designed with autistic employees in mind? This lecture explores how autistic employees experience disclosure, workplace relationships, accommodation, belonging, and well-being. It also considers how supervisors, coworkers, and organizations can move beyond good intentions to create communication practices that are genuinely inclusive, supportive, and responsive.
