Lerbinger Fund winners named

Angela Fischer, a graduate student in Public Relations, and Dr. Edward J. Downes, Associate Professor of Public Relations, each won an award from the Otto Lerbinger Research Fund. 

Fischer won for her project, "The Licensed Ethical Conscience: A Study of Public Relations Ethics in Brazil. Downes won for his project, " Press Secretary: The Story of Capitol Hill's Image Makers."
