On February 25, the Boston University Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA) hosted its 6th annual regional conference: "PR Advanced: Unleash Our Generation." Students had the opportunity to attend panel sessions and network with industry professionals.

Two Gen-Y leaders, Branson Skinner and Liz Ricketts, launched The AFUTU Project at Saturday’s event. The project showcased the “We Intend” campaign, asking the question, "What world do you intend for our children?” Attendees were asked to bring an old t-shirt to the conference and write their answer on their shirt. The shirts will then be sent to Ghana, where a team of seamstresses will make them into backpacks that will be sold online and around college campuses to raise money to promote children’s education and community development in Accra, Ghana.
