COM Students Honored at Student Production Awards

Television and video work produced by COM students won numerous top honors in four categories at the annual Student Production Awards sponsored by the Boston/New England chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, best known for the Emmy Awards for professional work.

COM students also were recognized with five honorable mention awards across three categories.

“I couldn’t be happier for our students,” said Adam Boyajy, the station manager for BUTV who assists student production at COM. “They work very hard and treat each other well. One of the best parts of my job is sharing good news like this with our BUTV producers and reporters, many of whom will attend the NATAS awards ceremony this summer.”
