As you start the new academic year at the College of Communication (COM), the COM Career Services team is thrilled to introduce the inaugural Week of WelCOMe (WOW)! During the first week of classes, COM Career Services will host a series of engaging events, workshops, and networking opportunities tailored specifically for COM students. Whether you are a first-year exploring your passions or a senior preparing for your next chapter, WOW is your chance to start building connections that will last throughout your time at COM. All COM undergraduate and master's students are welcome!

• Sept. 3 at 9:30 am: Coffee & Croissants with the COM Career Coaches
• Sept. 8 at Noon: Getting Started with COM Career Services for Master’s Students
• Sept. 8 at 2 to 4 pm: Drop-In Hours: Career Curiosities & Candy with COM Career Coaches
• Sept. 8 at 5:30 pm: Getting Started with COM Career Services for First Year Students
• Sept. 9 at 9:30 to 11 am: Headshot Pop-Up
• Sept. 9 at 11:30 am: Creative Careers Open House for COM Majors & Minors
• Sept. 9 at 5:30 pm: Sophomore & Junior Kickoff with COM Career Services
• Sept. 10 at 3:30 pm: Career Mythbusters: What You Think vs The Truth
