Allegations of corporate misconduct have often have long-term effects not only on the corporations in question, but also on those corporations’ internal and external publics. Dr. Arunima Krishna will discuss a program of research that examines different publics’ cognitive, affective, perceptual, and behavioral reactions to corporate misconduct, and how organizations can mitigate the negative impact of such allegations.
