About Craig Sender

Craig Sender is the Senior Director of Public and Analyst Relations at the Copyright Clearance Center (CCC). With 28 years of experience in the media industry, he has held positions at the Disney Internet Group, Dan Klores Communications, Ruder Finn, eMarketer, PKPR, Trylon SMR, Pivot Design, and Perkins School for the Blind. He earned his Master’s Degree in Communications Management from the Newhouse School at Syracuse University in 2011, where he also completed his undergraduate studies in 1997. Since 2012, Sender has served as an Adjunct Professor at Boston University’s College of Communication. Originally from Central NJ, he resides in Chestnut Hill, Mass, with his wife, Sharon; his 18-year-old daughter, Hannah, who is a freshman in COM at BU; his 15-year-old son, Caleb, a sophomore at Thayer Academy; and their Schnoodle, Sunny. He lived and worked in New York City from 1997 to 2009. A media and technology enthusiast, sports fan, and foodie, Sender enjoys playing softball, tennis, and golf during his limited free time.
