If your compound mixture is not separable via UPLC-MS, it highly unlikely that automated purification will be successful. If you have a difficult purification that may require HPLC method development, or have known suggested HPLC conditions for your purification, please (1) indicate this clearly in the comments section below, and (2) set up a meeting with the Analytical Core Manager to discuss prior to purification.*
