Tatiana Padilla received her PhD and MS at the Cornell University’s Brooks School of Public Policy in 2023. She joined the Center for Innovation in Social Science in Fall 2023 as an inaugural CISS postdoctoral fellow, working with Dr. Nazli Kibria. Dr. Padilla’s research examines intersectional minority experiences and the socioeconomic consequences of U.S. migration policy and immigration enforcement. Through rigorous quantitative research and creative data wrangling, she is committed to understanding the drivers of inequality and the unintended consequences of policy.
