2025 Silas Peirce Lecture: Curiosity and the Architecture of Thought
- Starts: 5:00 pm on Thursday, February 13, 2025
- Ends: 7:00 pm on Thursday, February 13, 2025
When we look out at the world, we wonder, question, and inquire. Our minds move through an abstract landscape of so many possibilities, from ideas and thoughts, to affects and perceptions. But how exactly do our minds move? What mental steps do we take? In this talk, Professors Dani Bassett and Perry Zurn will discuss the philosophy and science behind curiosity, and the mental gymnastics that allow us to know our world.
