Caoyifu Zhou is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Sociology. Caoyifu obtained his undergraduate degree in sociology at Lanzhou University and received his Master of Arts degree in Liberal Studies at Duke University. In Spring 2024, Caoyifu received a CISS Summer mini-grant to take some courses on Coursera to increase his knowledge in research methods and hone his academic writing skills, preparing himself better for his dissertation. Learn more in our featured article.
