CISS and CAS Celebrate 2023 Faculty Authors at Book Party

CISS faculty affiliates, postdoctoral scholars, and staff along with CAS social science faculty gathered in the CISS conference room on February 8, 2024 to celebrate the recently published books by BU social scientists. Over wine, cheese, and snacks, the authors and celebrants raised a glass in recognition of the books published in 2023. CAS Dean Stan Sclaroff welcomed attendees and congratulated the authors on this career milestone. The event was generously supported by CAS Associate Dean of the Faculty for Social Sciences, Arianne Chernock. Authors graciously donated copies of their books to CISS; guests are invited to peruse these new works in the Center conference room.
