CFA School of Music hosts a Standing Committee on Antiracism and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Access, chaired by Professor Daniel Doña. Originally responding to a 2020 petition written by the students of the School of Music AntiRacist Initiative (SOMARI), this active committee, comprised of faculty, students, and staff continues active work on recommendations clustered in four areas:

  1. Performance Curriculum
  2. Classroom Learning
  3. Administration and Community
  4. Recruitment and Financial Support.

For further information, please contact Professor Doña or the Committee’s graduate assistant Alexis Peart.
