Master’s Student Research Opportunities
Master’s Program in Psychological and Brain Sciences at Boston University
If you are interested in working at CARE, and completing a Directed Study under Dr. Tager-Flusberg’s supervision:
- Contact Dr. Tager-Flusberg directly (htagerf@bu.edu) including a letter of interest, a copy of your CV, and other relevant information
- Background needed: courses in statistics, developmental science and psychology; some prior experience working in a research lab.
- Students accepted to the Center will be expected to work on assigned research projects for the full academic year with a minimum of 10 hours/week of research activity
- The Directed Study will be completed during the spring semester.
Master’s Students in Other Programs at Boston University
- Contact Dr. Tager-Flusberg directly (htagerf@bu.edu) including a letter of interest, a copy of your CV, and other relevant information
- Background needed: courses in statistics, developmental science and psychology; some prior experience working in a research lab.
- Acceptance will be contingent on availability of space and fit between students’ interests and the ongoing research programs at the Center.
- A minimum of 10 hours/week of work in the Center on assigned projects during the academic year is required of all Master’sMaster’s students in addition to thesis research or directed study courses.
Master’s Students from Outside Boston University
Dr. Tager-Flusberg is unable to supervise Master’s students from institutions outside of BU.
