- Education B.A. Linguistics, University of Massachusetts Amherst, 2023
I graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2023 with a B.A. in Linguistics. During my undergraduate studies, I applied experimental linguistic methods to analyze patterns in phonetics and psycholinguistics. I also gained practical experience in assessing and supporting the development of language skills while teaching English as a Second Language (ESL). At the CARE lab, I work with the language data of the PETAL project, which investigates the optimal timing of early intervention in infants with increased likelihood for autism based on language and communication outcomes. I am interested in employing various forms of language data to study language acquisition and development in the context of neurodevelopmental disorders. When I’m not in the lab I enjoy reading, hiking, and a good cup of coffee.
