I am a performing arts professional, educator, and production/project manager with a background in opera and musical theatre. Before moving to the United States, I spent 11 years as an opera soloist and Assistant Stage Director at the National Academic Bolshoi Opera and Ballet Theatre of Belarus. In Boston, I work as a Production Coordinator and Musical Theatre Director at Star Academy and as a Teaching Artist at New England Conservatory, developing and producing musical theatre projects for young performers.

I am currently pursuing my M.S. in Arts Administration at Boston University. My long-term goal is to establish Boston Youth Musical Theatre, an organization that will give young performers professional-level training and meaningful stage experience while helping inspire and develop the next generation of musical theatre artists and audiences.

I really enjoy being part of the Arts Administration program at Boston University. The program gives me a better understanding of how arts organizations work and helps me develop practical skills in management, leadership, fundraising, and planning. I especially enjoy learning from real examples and connecting what we discuss in class with my own professional experience in music and theatre. I believe this program will help me take the next step in my career and eventually create my own youth musical theatre organization.
