Stephen Zubricki IV (he/him) is a theatre administrator, director, and teaching artist from the Greater Boston area. He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre: Performance from Salem State University.

Stephen brings nearly a decade of experience building bridges between creative vision and the operational structures that make the vital work of non-profit arts and education work possible. His background spans live theatre, education, donor engagement, and large-scale operations for a commercial co-working space

At the heart of his work is a deep belief that the future of the arts depends on our willingness to evolve. The shift to a corporate role has been an intentional step away to understand what theatre can learn from modern technology and business practices in service of building a sustainable model for future generations. He is excited to return to his roots to bring this experience back to the arts.

Outside of class and work you can find Stephen hiking in the Middlesex Fells, watching the latest Harlan Coben mystery on Netflix, and cooking up some homemade soup.

I chose BU to integrate my experience with industry knowledge through academic rigor and professional relationships. I have been grateful to find so many aspiring leaders from a wide variety of arts disciplines and look forward to meeting the challenges of our industry with my peers and faculty in every class.
