Rachel Ader

Rachel is originally from Hingham, MA. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Case Western Reserve University in Music and Psychology. Her background is mainly within music and working in music education programs. She worked postgrad for two years at Cleveland Heights High School in their Vocal Music Department as a paraprofessional/administrator. She has also had jobs and internships at Berklee College of Music, the Canton Symphony Orchestra, and Shooting Without Bullets. Her strengths lie in organization, passion for the arts and arts education, and collaboration.

Rachel is currently working part-time in the Agganis Arena ticket office and at the front desk at Boston University Academy (BUA). She also works as the personal assistant for Quartez Harris, Cleveland-based bestselling children’s author and poet. In her free time, she enjoys reading, going to concerts, watching reality TV shows, and exploring Boston.

I am confident that the Arts Administration masters program will connect me to other professionals in the field, allow me to explore more facets within arts organizations to find my place, and help build my leadership skills. I am looking forward to learning from the incredibly dedicated faculty as well as my peers!
