Originally from Port St. Lucie, Florida, Alex brings the warmth and sunshine to Boston through his vibrant and energetic personality! His expertise lies within arts education, as he currently works as an after school Visual Arts teacher in Arlington, Massachusetts. After earning his Bachelor’s in Digital Media at Indian River State College in Florida, he hopes to one day see the “A” be added to the STEM acronym. In his free time, Alex focuses on appreciating the little things by creating silly stickers, drawings, and sculptures.

My upbringing as a first-gen college student has led me to seek alternate routes to reach my professional goals. When I saw that BU had an Arts Administration program, it felt like a new path opened up for me. I am absolutely loving the first class I’m taking right now and can’t wait to learn more!
