Wyona Lynch-McWhite (AR 781- Special Topics) is Executive Director of the Social Innovation Forum in Boston MA.  The Social Innovation Forum is a place based intermediary organization that creates positive social change in Greater Boston by engaging leaders, strengthening organizations and building networks with a priority on those who are historically excluded in traditional philanthropy.

Previously Lynch-McWhite was Senior Vice President at Arts Consulting Group leading their practice areas in Leadership Transitions and IDEAS (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Access, and Success) working throughout the US and Canada.  Prior to join ACG, she was Executive Director of two Massachusetts Museums; Fruitlands Museum in Harvard and Fuller Craft Museum in Brockton.

A 2006 participant in the Getty Center’s Museum Leadership Institute, she has more than 22 years of experience leading museums and has served on the boards of two regional museum associations, as the chairperson of an AAM Peer Network, and as an AAM accreditation reviewer. In addition to her work with national, regional, and local museum organizations, she has served as Chair of the Roanoke City Arts Commission and as a national grant reviewer for the National Endowment for the Arts and the Institute of Museum and Library Services.

Her expertise includes team leadership, organizational strategy, capacity building, and creating a vibrant and inclusive sector. She is a Certified Diversity Professional and a lifelong learner.
