We welcome candidates with strong interests in: performing arts, global languages/cultures (especially Eurasian), sports medicine, and/or youth education to join our Summer ’26 Team!

OPPORTUNITY LISTINGS

1) Program Assistant (PA): 6/29 – 8/8/26, 5-week and 3-week options
PA will be responsible for supporting and overseeing participants (ages 9-15yrs), as well as running some extracurricular/non-dance activities (outdoor games, arts & crafts, etc.). PAs will work as a team of 3-4 and will report to the Program Director.

REQUIRED: Residency on campus (single A/C rooms), experience with overseeing youth.

OPTION A: 5-week PA

  • 6/29 – 8/8: Virtual Orientation* 6/29-30, In-person 7/1-8/8
  • Benefits: $3,250 – $3,750 for the period (wages/bonuses/travel**), housing & meals, 5 days off

OPTION B: 3-week PA

  • 7/15-8/8: Virtual Orientation* 6/29-30, In-person 7/15-8/8
  • Benefits: $2,250 – $2,750 for the period (wages/bonuses/travel**), housing & meals, 3 days off

2) Sr. Staff / Musical Theater or Pilates: 6/29 – 8/8/26
Sr. Staff, specializing in either Musical Theater or Pilates, will be responsible for implementing a fun, engaging curriculum of interactive activities for the dancers. Sr. Staff will have about 3-4 groups/day/6-day week (each group has the activity 4-5 times/week). Ability to teach a stretch class is a benefit. Some participant supervisory and administrative duties will be assigned also.

REQUIRED: Residency on campus, experience teaching MT or Pilates for youth.

BENEFITS: $4,000 for the period, housing & meals, travel stipend**, 5 days off

*Some asynchronous trainings will be required prior to start; 6/29 & 6/30 will be mandatory remote training.
**Travel allowance for out-of-state candidates. Free shuttle from/to NYC.
