Guest Speaker: Leah T. Harrington
The Arts Administration program is proud to welcome Leah Triplett Harrington as a guest speaker in the Writing for the Arts class. Ms. Harrington currently serves as a senior editor for Big, Red, & Shiny, an award-winning Boston-based online arts magazine. Additionally, she has contributed catalogue essays to CUE Art Foundation (New York) and Hashimoto Contemporary (San Francisco), as well as articles to a number of publications, including The Brooklyn Rail, Harper’s Bazaar Art, and Hyperallergic. In addition to writing and editing, she works as Director of Programs & Exhibitions for Fort Point Arts Community.
With her expertise in writing and editing, she will present on art writing for digital platforms. Drawing from her experiences and current best practices, she’ll give insight into how to utilize online publishing to serve and promote art.
