The 4th International Association for Visual Culture Biennial Conference – THE SOCIAL, will be held at Boston University from September 29th – October 1st, 2016. The conference will present papers and artworks on a variety of themes such as post-democracy, post-society, anger, violence, future visions, crisis, neo-slavery, post-colonialism, art activism, red art, social exploitation, to name a few.
