David Carballo has co-authored an article in the SAA Archaeological Record, titled “Archaeological Perspectives on the Spanish-Aztec War on its Quincentennial” (article starts on page 19). The article offers perspectives 500 years since the Spanish invasion of Mexico and fall of the Aztec empire.
