Welcome Dr. Katie Bever and Allison Rosenberg, RN, DNP
We welcome Dr. Katherine (Katie) Bever and Ms. Allison Rosenberg.
Katie (on the left) is a board-eligible internist joining us for the year as the “amyloid doctor”, replacing Dr. Julie Fu, who has left us to pursue further training in hematology-oncology; we wish her well! Dr. Bever is also interested in going into hematology-oncology, after spending a year focusing on amyloidosis diseases. A graduate of Johns Hopkins University and the University of Maryland School of Medicine, she has completed three years of residency in internal medicine at Boston Medical Center.
Allison Rosenberg (on the right) is a nurse and nurse practitioner (RN, NP) with an extensive background in caring for patients with hematologic malignancies at the Ohio State Medical Center, and closer to home at Southcoast Hospital System in Massachusetts. She will be responsible for evaluation of our patients and assisting us with multidisciplinary coordination of care.
