The Student Alumni Association (SAA) serves as a bridge between current undergraduate students and the BU Alumni Association. SAA hosts signature annual events like the Beanpot Bash, the Connect for Success series, engaging pop-up programs such as Coffee Chats with alumni, Game Night, Fall Fright Night, and more. Who can join?
SAA events are open to all undergraduate students. If you’d like to get notified about an upcoming event, volunteer with us, or become part of the SAA Leadership Council, fill out the interest form. Note: If you’re already an alum and looking to connect with current students, we encourage you to do so via BU Connects—an online career platform exclusively for the BU community.

Spring Member Meetings: | 2026
Member meetings occur bi-weekly in the Dahod Family Alumni Center from 5 – 6:30 PM. Meetings alternate between the first and third floors. Make sure to check the registration page for the correct location! Leadership Council positions
There are five roles within the SAA Leadership Council to choose from: Co-President (two positions), Alumni Programming Chair, Campus Relations Chair, Operations Chair, Marketing Chair, and Events Chair. Even if a position is currently filled, students are encouraged to submit an application to be placed in the queue for consideration in the following semester or year.
