Sarah Ahuja (Questrom’28)

Operations Chair, Student Alumni Association Leadership Council

What has surprised you the most about BU?
The social scene! I didn’t expect so many student-centered events. BU really prioritizes its students, and the sense of community here has been one of the best parts of my experience.

What are the aspects of BU that you are most proud of/regularly tell your non-BU friends about?
I always talk about how much BU pushes you professionally. Every day feels like real-world prep, and the opportunities here—clubs, faculty, events—are constantly shaping me into a sharper, career-ready person.

If you were asked to describe your BU experience (so far) – what would you say?
It’s been a high-speed mix of growth, connection, and learning. BU challenges you daily but gives you all the tools to rise, lead, and thrive.

How do you think you’ll stay connected with BU after you graduate?
Between alumni panels, student orgs, and events, BU makes staying connected easy. I see myself giving back through mentorship, sharing my journey, and staying involved in the campus I love.

Why did you choose to be involved in SAA?
I thrive in structured, mission-driven roles. SAA will let me use my strengths in strategy, organization, and alumni engagement to create meaningful student-alumni connections and elevate how we operate as a team.
