The countdown is on, because Alumni Weekend is just one month away! Join fellow Terriers back on campus from September 25 to 28 to reconnect, reminisce, and make new memories. Whether you’re thinking about gathering with classmates at a reunion, attending an award ceremony, or simply revisiting campus with family and friends, Alumni Weekend is calling—and you don’t want to let this call go to voicemail.

BU beach festival

Make sure to stop by the Welcome Tent on Marsh Plaza for a free Alumni Weekend tote bag (available to the first 500 people), and a coupon for 10 percent off at the BU Campus Store. To fuel your intellectual curiosity, you can attend educational talks like the CAS Gerald & Deanne Gitner Family Lecture, Questrom Fireside Chat on Marketing and Branding Innovation, and a Pardee lecture on Foreign Policy in the Trump Administration. And if you want to feel even more proud of being a Terrier, celebrate the achievements of fellow alums at the Best of BU Alumni Awards and individual school and college awards ceremonies.

Golden Terriers get-together

This year is the first that Terriers will celebrate their five and ten-year reunions at Alumni Weekend. Members of the Classes of 2015 and 2020 will raise a glass to commemorate how far they’ve come at Cheeky Monkey Brewing Company for a reunion party, and the celebrations will continue at Marciano Commons Dining Hall for brunch the following day. The Class of 1975, celebrating their 50th reunion, will enjoy special events including a casual get together at Cornwall’s Pub, welcome breakfast, campus tour, Charles River boat cruise, and more. And if you need a brief reprieve from the festivities, you can always take refuge in the Dahod Family Alumni Center (and peruse old yearbooks while you’re at it!).

From gallery openings and wine and cheese pairings to an international alumni reception, Alumni Weekend 2025 is packed with fun and enlightening opportunities. If you’re excited, but not sure where to start, you’re in luck—we’ve created your guide to Alumni Weekend below. To see the full list of events, head over to the Alumni Weekend website.
