JD Applicants

To learn more about what life is like here at BU Law, we invite you to visit the school. During the academic year, we offer tours of the Law School led by current JD students. When classes are not in session, tours may be led by current students or JD Admissions staff members. Please visit our Tour Calendar to view upcoming tours and to reserve your place in a tour group. Reservations are recommended but we may be able to accommodate walk-in visitors if necessary. Tour groups will meet in the JD Admissions Office located on the twelfth floor of the Law School Tower (765 Commonwealth Avenue).

Visiting the Boston area but not able to attend a scheduled tour? If a guided tour time is not convenient for your visit, the building is open to the public and we encourage you to visit the JD Admissions Office between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, to pick up a self-guided tour packet.

Please be advised that the School of Law will be closed for Intersession starting on Saturday, December 22. The School of Law and the Admissions Office will open and resume normal business hours (9am – 5pm) on Wednesday, January 2. Please check the law library’s page for additional intersession hours of operation.
