Part-time Lecturer in Chinese

Wenjun received her B.A. in Teaching Chinese as a Second Language from Central China Normal University, an M.A. in Chinese Linguistics and Language Acquisition from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and an M.Ed. in TESOL from Boston University.

She served as an ALLEX Fellow in the Department of World Languages & Literatures at Boston University from 2019 to 2021. She later taught Chinese at Harvard University, where she received the Harvard University Certificate of Excellence in Teaching.

Wenjun has extensive experience teaching Chinese at all proficiency levels, as well as in summer intensive programs. She has also served as a lab manager, coordinating research projects and supervising studies at the Wheelock College of Education & Human Development at Boston University.

Her research interests include AI in education, technology-assisted language learning, second language acquisition, language pedagogy, and online language exchange program development.
