German Program Featured on CAS Instagram!
This semester, CAS documented a collaboration between Romance Studies and WLL, where the classes on French and German food cultures held a joint session on the history of Alsace, a region that blends French and German influences. The two classes then attended a cooking workshop where they made flammkuchen, a delicious Alsatian flatbread.
