Part-Time Instructor

Dr. Rayna B. Minors is a part-time instructor at Boston University Wheelock College of Education & Human Development. Her tenure of over a decade within the Boston Public Schools system, both as a teacher and administrator, has been marked by transformative leadership and mentorship and influenced the trajectories of countless educators and youth providers.

With a profound commitment to holistic healing, Dr. Minors has facilitated engaging workshops that have empowered more than 500 women and youth, employing her expertise in guided trauma resolution techniques and adept organization design.

Beyond academia, Dr. Minors serves as the lead healer for Kente Tent, a revered women’s organization, further testament to her multifaceted dedication to fostering community well-being and empowerment.
