Maya Bialik is a doctoral student at Boston University Wheelock College of Education & Human Development, where she is studying how AI can enhance teaching and learning using interdisciplinary and mixed methods.

Maya is the founder of QuestionWell AI, a webapp that uses AI to support teachers in designing learning experiences and the author of Irreplaceable: How AI Changes Everything (and Nothing) in Teaching and Learning (2026) and Artificial Intelligence In Education: Promises and Implications for Teaching and Learning (2019). She is a former middle school science teacher and has been performing and directing improv and musical improv comedy for over a decade.
