Getting to the Forum
From Kenmore Square T: The Tsai Performance Center is located .4 miles away and the Duan Family Center for Computing & Data Sciences is .3 miles away. Public transportation, carpooling, and ride-sharing are highly encouraged.
Via Public Transportation
Public transportation is available to the Forum via Boston’s MBTA. The closest MBTA Green Line (B-line) stop to both venues is Boston University East.
From Logan Airport
A taxi from Logan International Airport, a taxi will cost $40-$50 and take 20 to 50 minutes (depending on traffic). Uber and Lyft services are also available, as well as public transportation via the MBTA.
Parking
Limited complementary parking will be available on a first-come, first served basis. We encourage you to register early to take advantage of this offer. Please note that you need parking on your registration.
Lodging
Several hotels are within a short distance of Boston University. Many Boston-area hotels offer special rates and discounts to the BU community, as well as their family and friends. Check out a list of local hotels (expand the hotel tab).

Cost
The BU Wheelock Forum is free and open to all, but registration is required.
Accessibility
The Tsai Performance Center and the Duan Family Center for Computing & Data Sciences are accessible. Please contact wheelockevents@bu.edu with any specific accommodation requests upon registration. ASL interpretation will be provided.
Recording/Livestreaming
The Forum is an in-person gathering. Segments of the program will be recorded and shared on the BU Wheelock YouTube channel after the event date.
Food and Dietary Needs
Enjoy complimentary food and beverages at the reception following the main program. While we’ll include options for a range of dietary needs, please reach out if you have a severe allergy or special request. You can speak with the catering team on-site or email wheelockevents@bu.edu before the event.
If Your Plans Change
We understand plans change. If you are unable to attend, please cancel your registration or contact us so that we can free up your seat to another guest.
