Submission deadlines for 2026–2027 applications

All applications are due on the dates listed below. Mentor letters of recommendation are due by midnight. Deadlines are subject to change.

Fall — Friday, September 11, 2026 by noon
Spring — Friday, December 11, 2026 by noon
Summer — Friday, March 5, 2027 by noon

Summer 2027 Humanities, Arts & Preprofessional (HAP) Scholars – Friday, April 9 by noon

Due to the large volume of applications and our processing requirements, UROP deadlines are strict. Late applications must be approved in writing by UROP staff in advance, and requests for extensions may not be granted. Extensions longer than 24 hours are rarely offered.
