Take the BU Libraries Survey!

The 2019 BU Libraries Survey has arrived in the inboxes of faculty, graduate students, and undergraduate students. Running from March 28th to April 18th, the survey asks questions about how the libraries are serving the BU community. We want to hear from you what you think about our services. The survey itself is anonymous, with the option to enter information at the end to win prizes like a Nintendo Switch, iPad, Convenience Points, or Amazon Firestick.

You can view the report of the last survey, sent out in 2016, to get an idea of the survey questions. A lot has changed in the last three years, so it is important for us to continue to measure user satisfaction and whether the libraries meet user needs. Some outcomes of our 2016 survey were increased branch hours, more Asian language materials, and expanded streaming media access.

The survey looks at all BU Libraries, including the Medical, Law, and Theology libraries. So check your email for a link to take the BU Libraries Survey!
