Appealing for Work-Study Funding

For the 2023-2024 Program:

The Student Employment Office is accepting appeals for Federal Work-Study funding. 

Students seeking additional funding for an existing award, please submit your request when you have a remaining Work-Study balance of four work weeks or less of work earnings. We will only consider appeals if the student is actively working in a Work-Study position and will run out of funding before the program end date.  For example, a student working 10 hours/week at $15.00/hour should submit an appeal for additional funding once their balance reaches $600.00.

Once we confirm that you have eligibility in your total financial assistance package for additional Federal Work-Study funding, we will review your appeal.

We make every effort to respond to all appeal requests as long as funding remains available.
