January Early Payroll Deadline Schedule

Detailed below is the early payroll deadline schedule established for the remainder of January 2026. These deadlines are in coordination with the schedule established by the University Payroll Office. This schedule should be reviewed with both supervisors and students and noted on your calendar. Departments/colleges may establish earlier deadlines than recommended here.

Reminder: Early deadlines will necessitate estimating hours to be worked by your student employees. Late timesheets will be processed for the next payroll cycle.
