The Team Behind the Institute

Led by Peter Fasolo and Connie Hadley, the Institute for Leadership & Work is shaped by a rare partnership: Peter brings decades of C-suite HR leadership, including 14 years as CHRO of Johnson & Johnson, while Connie brings research-driven expertise on leadership and work with a strong practice-relevant lens. Supported by a steering committee and BU faculty researchers, they have built a high-trust, learning-first institute designed for senior leaders seeking candid dialogue, sharper judgment, and meaningful insight.
