Erazim Kohak (1933-2020)

The Department of Philosophy mourns the death of Erazim Kohak, a celebrated phenomenologist and environmentalist, who was part of the Department’s faculty from 1960-1995. After alternating between Prague’s Charles University and BU from 1990-1995, he returned to his native country in 1995. For more on his illustrious life, see here:
