Boston University Dining Services is committed to providing students, faculty and guests with the information you need to make informed food choices. We employ a full-time Director of Safety and Sanitation who oversees continuous training of our staff. We want to make dining at BU as easy and enjoyable for you as possible. If you have any questions, please speak to a manager at any BU dining location.

Gluten and nut-free pantry
Gluten and nut-free pantries are free of gluten, peanuts and tree nuts. They are located at the three Fresh Food Company Dining rooms. While other allergens are present in the pantries, they contain individually packaged foods and condiments that are useful to students managing severe food allergies. You can register for access to the Gluten and Nut-free pantries here.
