Grubhub Campus Dining
Dig into on-campus eateries through Grubhub Campus Dining – the exclusive and convenient way to order your food and beverage for pick-up. Your account can be directly linked to your meal plan giving you the ultimate fee-free flexibility in dining on campus using dining or convenience points. There are no additional ordering fees for Terriers on a meal plan.
How To Use Grubhub?
It’s easy to get set-up and use Grubhub Campus Dining. Follow these simple steps or watch the video below and get ready to dine at your favorite on-campus locations.
1)
Download the Grubhub app and create a new account. If you already have an account, sign in.
2) Go to Account, click Campus Dining, and choose Boston University.
3) Add your Terrier card to directly link your meal plan to Grubhub orders.
4) Explore on-campus restaurants. Happy dining, Terriers!
Where Can I Use Grubhub Campus Dining?
All open, on campus dining locations are part of the Grubhub Campus Dining network.
I'm Not A Student, How Do I Order?
Staff, faculty, and Boston University-affiliated community members can use Grubhub Campus Dining. Follow these steps to view and place food and beverage orders at on campus locations.
1) Using your mobile device, download the app
2) Set-up a Grubhub account
3) From the settings menu, select Campus Dining and choose Boston University
4) Select your “affiliation”
5) If you have convenience or dining points, add your Terrier Identification number to directly link your meal plan to Grubhub orders.
The Difference Between Rhetty to Go and Grubhub
Rhetty To Go meals are exclusively for meal plan participants who wish to pre-order a meal from one of the residence dining rooms. Students can select from a variety of customizable sandwiches and salads, entrees, sides, and beverages using a “meal swipe” as the form of tender. A wide selection of ingredients and dietary attributes including Kosher, Halal, Gluten Free, vegan, and vegetarian options are available.
Convenience and dining points are used for Grubhub Campus Dining Orders, not meal swipes.
Important Information for Summer Guests
Welcome to Boston University! We are happy to have you on campus and hope you enjoy dining with us. While you are on campus, you can visit any of our open locations. Please know that many of our locations no longer have traditional cash registers and the use of Grubhub is required to make a purchase. You have 2 options when dining with us:
- Ordering in advance using Grubhub
- This option will save you time and is the most convenient way to place your order. Detailed instructions on downloading and setting up the app for use on campus are available below. Once you’ve selected Boston University, return to the “Home” menu and select “George Sherman Union” to find our open locations and place your order.
- Ordering via one of the Grubhub kiosks (available in the George Sherman Union)
- If you would prefer not to download the Grubhub app, you may place your order at one of our Grubhub kiosks, centrally located in the George Sherman Union. You will order, pay and wait for you order just as you would at a traditional cash register.
