Bio
Kelsey is the Project Manager for BANK CTE, which aims to examine the ability of plasma biomarkers of p-tau, A, and neurodegeneration to detect CTE and its clinical syndrome (TES), and predict AD/ADRD pathology in the brain. She graduated from the College of the Holy Cross in 2018 with a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology, and completed her Masters in Public Health from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2021. Prior to working at the CTE center, Kelsey worked as a research coordinator in the Neurocritical Care Laboratory at the University of Massachusetts Medical School and in the Neurorehabilitation Laboratory at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital.
Research Interests
Kelsey is interested in the long-term clinical and neuropathological effects of repetitive head trauma in ice hockey players. She is also interested in prognostication, as well as the development and validation of prediction models.
