Jacob Labonte

Background

Jacob holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology with minors in Chemistry and Psychology from Worcester State University, where he graduated in May 2022. As an undergraduate student, he conducted research in immunology and astrophysics. Jacob also gained clinical experience working as a patient care technician on a COVID and Med-Surg Unit. Following graduation, he joined the BU Alzheimer’s Disease and CTE Research Centers as a full-time Clinical Research Assistant and now serves as the Study Coordinator for the Health Outreach Program for the Elderly (HOPE) study. He is passionate about advancing neurodegenerative disease research, with a particular interest in social determinants of health.
