Service (Research Fellow and Teaching Fellow) and Non-Service Positions

  • 20 hour per week
  • Salaried position
  • Projected 3% annual increase in each academic year
  • Effective 9/1/26 the yearly minimum rate for the position is $47,740 at 918.08 per week.
    • Rates may vary and are determined at the discretion of each academic department and must be approved by BU Union Labor Rep.
