BU Master’s Programs in AI Ranked No. 38 in 2027 National Ranking
Boston University has been ranked No. 38 in MastersInAI.org’s 2027 list of the Best Master’s in AI Programs. The ranking recognizes BU among 50 universities selected from 264 U.S. institutions offering a total of 409 master’s programs in artificial intelligence.
BU’s graduate offerings featured in the ranking include the on-campus Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence (MSAI), the online Master of Science in Computer Science & Artificial Intelligence (MSCS & AI), and the on-campus Master of Science in Computer Science (MSCS). The ranking also includes the on-campus and online Master of Science in Applied Data Analytics (MSADA) programs at Boston University’s Metropolitan College (MET).
According to MastersInAI.org, its annual rankings consider research activity, academic reputation, and student outcomes, using independent data sources. The organization has tracked AI degree programs since 2021.
