UPLC-MS
The Waters ACQUITY UPLC is equipped with mass, ELS and diode array detection.
The instrument uses an ACQUITY UPLC 1.7 uM column. The improved efficiency of UPLC technology allows samples to be analyzed in under four minutes per run.
The system is available on a walkup or overnight basis and employs a Sample Manager capable of analyzing submissions in 48-position 2 mL vials or 96/384 well plate formats.

Sample submission guidelines
- Target sample concentration is 1 mg/mL. Do not submit overconcentrated samples!
- Samples should be filtered prior to submission.
- Extra care should be taken to always place samples in the specified bed position
- DO NOT remove samples from the bed that have not yet run
- Users should have more than 10 samples in the queue at one time. Wait for prior samples to fully clear before submitting new samples if more than 10 are needed. For large-scale sample analyses, see Lauren Brown about using the NightQueue.
