CDS Alum Osama Dabbousi Named Rhodes Scholar

The Faculty of Computing & Data Sciences is proud to congratulate alumnus Osama Dabbousi (2024) on his selection as a Rhodes Scholar! Osama is currently pursuing his MS in computer science at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) and will begin his PhD studies at the University of Oxford next fall. He was a KAUST Gifted Student Program scholar at CDS and was selected for the CDS Academic Excellence Award, graduating at the top of his class. While at Boston University he secured a U.S. patent related to work he performed in his internships with Aramco Services and co-founded a club to help students prepare for technical interviews.
