CARD graduate student clinicians, Ariel Blakey and Abigail Barthel, recently collaborated with BU FSAO to provide a two-session workshop series on Managing Workplace Anxiety and Stress on a Repopulated Campus for faculty and staff. The workshops held on 7/12 and 7/26 provide evidence-based mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral, and stress management skills to attendees as they prepare to return to BU full-time.
