Child Program Neuropsychology Supervisor: Dr. Rachel Merson
What we do
We offer comprehensive neuropsychological assessments for children, adolescents and adults to evaluate multiple domains of functioning, including intelligence, achievement, executive skills, attention, memory, visual spatial and psychomotor functioning, and others as needed.
Neuropsychological Assessments are typically conducted over 2-4 sessions, for a total of 6-10 hours. An in-person feedback session is held to discuss results, and detailed written reports are provided. Assessments include a summary of test results, diagnoses if assigned, and recommendations. Assessments are conducted by doctoral-level Clinical Psychology students supervised by licensed Clinical Neuropsychologists. The entire process takes 2-3 months. Assessments are provided on a sliding-scale fee schedule. Licensed psychologists are also available for a higher fee.

We evaluate people with questions about their cognitive functioning. Depending on results, we provide diagnoses, description of cognitive strengths and weaknesses and any interactions with psychological symptoms, and recommendations for improving cognitive functioning, including but not limited to specific interventions, accommodations (including academic), and compensatory strategies.
